For lunch I had a small salad with ranch vinaigrette (yea neat huh! It comes in a spray bottle) and sardines in mustard sauce with a few pieces of toast (the sardines looks kinda messy because I take the spines out of them). I also had some frosted mini-wheats and a few fruit bars.
