Dinner




For dinner I started out pretty healthy (although I didn't finish all the veggies). I had wilted spinach with pine nuts, steamed broccoli with season salt, and tuna salad stuffed Roma tomatoes. I also had at the rest of the brownies, a nutrisystem chocolate chip granola bar, and a nutrisystem strawberry shortcake bar.

Afternoon Snack


I made round brownies and ate a few. I had a craving for brownies and I had all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips. They still tasted alright.

Lunch







For lunch I continued in the Latino theme and went to Fajitas and 'Ritas with Jess and Cristina (pictured respectively). I had chips with salsa, beef fajitas with tortillas, onions, and peppers, and a dos equis beer. Yum! Cristina drew a picture of a unicorn with rainbows and such.

Breakfast


For breakfast this morning I had a craving for a Tina frozen beef and bean burrito so I gave in to the craving. I also had some apple juice and some sliced tomatoes with sliced string cheese, olive oil spray, and salt. Half healthy.

Afterdinner Snack


I had my favorite afterdinner snack of popcorn. It would have been good but I put too much salt on it ;-P .

Dinner


For dinner I indulged in Kendall food court Chinese food. I had fried rice, kung pao chicken, and a fortune cookie with no fortune!

Afternoon Snack


Not too long after lunch I had a snack of potato chips and 3 heart shaped york peppermint patties.

Lunch


For lunch I had a nutrisystem beef stew, some cubed peaches, and smartfood.

Breakfast




For breakfast I had two eggs sunny side up, two pieces of toast, sausage, cappuccino, and a smoothie. The smoothie had apple juice and frozen strawberries and mango (I provided a picture of the frozen fruit before adding the apple juice and blending.)

Afterdinner Snack


I had a string cheese stick and a cheddar stick that isn't pictured here but has been shown on previous blogs. I like cheese.

Dinner


For dinner I went to jazz links and had two glass of pinot grigio, chicken parmesan with a little penne, a roll with butter, and salad with red wine vinaigrette.

Lunch



For lunch I had a bag of lays, a turkey sandwich, and a tuna sandwich. After I indulged in a brownie, a peanut butter cookie, and two confetti cookies (not pictures).

Breakfast


For breakfast I had a cheese danish (a whole one although only half is pictured), a small blueberry muffin, coffee, and orange juice.

Afterdinner Snack


I had some Popsicles after dinner.

Dinner


For dinner I had the same pepper steak from lunch yesterday (let gave us containers to take leftovers) and a biscuit.

Afternoon Snack


For a snack I had a brownie that was also snagged from leftovers from the faculty qualifier exam grading session.

Lunch



For lunch I had a roast beef sandwich I snagged from leftovers in my dept. with french vanilla "cappuccino" from the machine they have in the school market (the kind they usually have them in gas stations). I also had a spinach salad with Asian sesame dressing and crispy noodles.

Breakfast


I had a spinach and string cheese omelet and apple juice blended with frozen mango and strawberries.

Dinner




For dinner I had this chicken potato stew, string cheese, lollipops, a tangerine, and a muffins.

Afternoon Snack


I had a tea with splenda and a chocolate cheese muffin from starbucks. The picture of the muffin shows I ate a portion of the muffin before I took a picture of it.

Lunch


For lunch I went to a free food lunch event and had pepper steak, white rice, and fried plantains. I <3 fried sweet plantains.

Breakfast



For breakfast I had a caprisun and some fresh biscuits with raspberry jelly and I can't believe it's not butter spray. Yum!

Dinner



For dinner I had a sandwich with turkey, cheddar, spinach, and mustard. Then I went to trivia night and had a few beers that I didn't take a picture of. I also came back home and made myself a grilled cheese and had some more turkey. I had a few other things too. Today wasn't a good day for recording my food pictorially :-( .

Lunch


For lunch I intended on having carrots, hummus, a nutrisystem pasta, string cheese and a V8. I ended up not liking the pasta very much and didn't eat very much of it. I also didn't finish my V8. Instead of those I had some chocolate which isn't pictured. My bad.

Breakfast


For breakfast I had a bag of fruit I absconded from the dorm brunch leftovers yesterday (grapes, cantaloupe, apple), cappuccino, and a nutrisystem breakfast bar.

After Afterdinner Snack



I was still hungry so I had some popcorn with molly mcbutter cheese. I also made some brownies for my fellow labmates taking quals tomorrow and had to taste a substantial amount to make sure they were ok :-o .

Afterdinner Snack


After my dinner I enjoyed a smoothie with frozen strawberries, bananas, and a splash of orange juice. I also had a few extra-sharp cheddar servings.

Dinner


For dinner I had some asian noodles with tofu, onions, and pepper that was left over from some dorm event yesterday.

Afternoon Coffee


I had a homemade cappuccino in the afternoon.

Lunch



For lunch I went to miracle of science. It's a sciencey little pub that has a menu that looks like a periodic table. They have this great chicken salad there with cilantro lime dressing. I also had some apple slices left over from the dorm brunch there was today.

Breakfast


This morning I had an all-American breakfast of eggs sunny side up, sausage, and toast. I like to soak my toast in the runny yolks. I also had one of my famous homemade cappuccinos. :-) .\

Afterdinner Snack


Even though I had a huge portion of pad thai, I still got the munchies after dinner. So I had some popcorn with some molly mcbutter cheese sprinkled on it and some cracker barrel extra-sharp cheddar.

Dinner




For dinner I went to Thailand cafe near my house with my friend Hansen (pictured). He is a fellow grad student who shares my pain as a graduate student. I had a heaping plate of pad thai (my favorite thai dish) and also had some milky soup dessert thing with pearls and something like squash. I didn't finish the dessert thing but I had some. Hansen had hot basil fried rice (also his usual) and I had a taste of his ;-).
