For dinner I had a few things in the room before going to the hotel dinner because enchiladas was on the hotel menu. I hate enchiladas particularly bad hotel ones. In the room I made fresh flour tortillas for me and my mom (they burned a little in the cheap hotel pan), I had some leftover ceviche, some queso fresco, and a little butter. At the hotel dinner I had some refried beans with a little cheese, tea, lettuce, and tomatoes.
