I had some coffee with powder creamer because I need to go and buy milk. I also warmed up some canned menudo and a few corn tortillas I brought from Texas. For those you who are unfamiliar with menudo, it's a Mexican soup typically consumed for breakfast where I live. It contains hominy and cow tripe. Yum!
